Purpose
The purpose of the Property Valuation online SLP is to provide a student with a framework to value residential and income producing real estate.
Career Opportunities
- Besides that individuals who pass this SLP will be able to accrue credits from this SLP, which can then be used towards the ADRE, should they wish to pursue this qualification, students who completes the program will benefit from a range of opportunities:
- Individuals who may want to broaden their knowledge in Real Estate.
- Real Estate Practitioners/ professionals who want to comply with the CPD requirements of the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession. This online SLP will assist individuals currently employed to comply with the CPD requirements of the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession.
- Property Valuers make a valuable and critical contribution to organisational and national economic success. This programme gives individuals an opportunity to update their valuation skills and knowledge.
