Purpose

After completion of this course, candidates will be able to more effectively manage organisational resources. This course will enable students, practitioners, managers and supervisors to obtain current knowledge by learning more about the key managerial concepts in Hospitality Management.

Admission Requirements

Completion of Hospitality Management 1 required. Candidates must be employed in the food and beverage or hospitality environment in the capacity of full-time employee or a management trainee for at least 2 years (24 months) and must provide proof of employment.

Selection Process

Selection for the programme will be made based on the academic merit.

Please note you ought to have been employed in the hospitality industry for atleast 1 year and must provide proof of employment. Applicants are required to submit written letter of support from their employer which indicates who will be responsible for the fees before the programme can commence.
