Purpose
The purpose of this qualification is to develop applied competencies and practical skills in the acquisition, interpretation and understanding of the different dimensions of leadership on an individual and within an organisational context. Further to this the minor dissertation must provide clear evidence of the student鈥檚 ability to conceive, plan, conduct and report on a well-defined scientific research project related to personal and professional leadership.
Admission Requirements
An appropriate Honours degree or its equivalent applicable for access to a Master鈥檚 degree. Student number constraints may necessitate a selection process consisting of selection interviews and psychometric testing and a research proposal exercise.
