Purpose
The purpose of this qualification is to offer a focused and applied specialisation in performance analytics, total remuneration and people management modules appropriate to the needs of South Africa and other emerging economies. The programme prepares students to operate at a specialist transactional level utilising tactical strategy in operational settings. Students would be enabled to interpret implications of HR decisions on organisational and employee performance and provide suggestions, recommendations and managerial implications on such matters. The programme prepares students for postgraduate study in human resource management at either Postgraduate Diploma or Honours degree level.
