About Mr Sandile Maseko
Mr Sandile Maseko is a seasoned skills-development professional with over seven years of experience in South Africa鈥檚 SETA landscape, specialising in project management, stakeholder engagement and compliance within the wholesale and retail sector. Since 2021, he has served as Administrative Assistant and Industry Liaison for the W&RSETA Leadership Chair at the 欧美福利100000 of Johannesburg, where he successfully delivered the R6.7 million UJ Youth Empowerment Project (2023) and managed learnerships, internships, bursaries and discretionary grants with full regulatory compliance.
He previously held ETQA roles at LFP Group and the Transport Education Training Authority (TETA), overseeing accreditation and quality assurance processes. Sandile holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (Wits, 2024) and a BA in Public Management and Governance (UJ, 2018). Known for his analytical thinking and stakeholder relationship skills, he is passionate about advancing programme implementation and driving sector skills development across Gauteng.
