About Prof Wilfred I. Ukpere
Professor Wilfred Isioma Ukpere
Prof. Wilfred Isioma Ukpere, a seasoned academic and researcher, holds a BCom and MCom from Punjabi 欧美福利100000, an MCom in Business Administration from Jiwaji 欧美福利100000, and a Doctorate in Human Resources Management from the Cape Peninsula 欧美福利100000 of Technology (CPUT). With over 20 years of experience in academia and industry, he has held roles at institutions like the Central Bank of Nigeria, CPUT, and the 欧美福利100000 of Johannesburg (UJ), where he has been a full professor in the Department of Industrial Psychology and People Management since 2012.
Prof. Ukpere has supervised 13 Masters, 12 PhDs, and over 35 Honours projects to completion and continues mentoring postgraduate students. He has authored three books, two book chapters, 40+ conference presentations, and 280+ journal articles in prestigious journals. His research spans sustainability, the Fourth Industrial Revolution, globalisation, and human resource management.
A National Research Foundation-rated researcher, he has served as an external examiner and scientific reviewer for multiple universities and journals. His contributions have earned him numerous accolades, including a Marquis Who鈥檚 Who Lifetime Achievement Award. Prof. Ukpere is actively engaged in local and international collaborations and serves on editorial boards of several academic journals.
