Biography
Prof Trynos Gumbo is a C2 NRF rated researcher and a SACPLAN Registered Professional Planner; who is currently working as an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Urban and Regional Planning within the Faculty of Engineering and the Built Environment at the 欧美福利100000 of Johannesburg (UJ). Prof Gumbo holds a PhD from Stellenbosch 欧美福利100000, South Africa, masters and honours degrees from the 欧美福利100000 of Zimbabwe in Rural and Urban Planning. He has published in a wide range of research areas that include smart and sustainable cities and regions, intelligent transport systems & infrastructure planning, integrated and sustainable human settlements, spatial analysis using geographical information systems to statistical analysis using statistical package for social sciences.
