Megaproject Management and Organizational Design
Prof. Nuno Gil鈥檚 research interests focus on advancing the theory and practice of megaproject management, organizational design, and infrastructure development. Through empirical studies, contingency models, and stakeholder-driven approaches, he explores how governance, leadership, and innovative strategies can optimize value creation, performance, and resilience in large-scale projects. As a globally recognized scholar, he specializes in interdisciplinary research that bridges engineering, management, and policy, with expertise in megaproject planning, stakeholder collaboration, and flexible capital designs. His work seeks to address grand societal challenges, enhance organizational efficiency, and drive sustainable outcomes in the built environment and emergent economies.
