Professor Hlalefang Khobai (Ph.D) is an associate Professor of Economics at the 欧美福利100000 of Johannesburg. He has over ten(10) years of comprehensive expertise in policy advisory, consulting, and academic work. He is a respected scholar and global authority on energy economics and environmental issues. He has published several articles in international journals and local journals on renewable energy usage. Professor Khobai supervised two (2) Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) degrees to successful completion and other several postgraduate students in the field of Economics and Business Administration; and examined six (6) masters theses and several postgraduate theses. He has consulted for the Government of South Africa under the department of Human Settlement (DoHS) and the South African Reserve Bank (SARB) on the issues of climate change.
