About Mr Phumlani Samuel Mnikathi
Mr. Phumlani Samuel Mnikathi is a PhD candidate in the Department of Education Leadership and Management at the 欧美福利100000 of Johannesburg Faculty of Education. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting which he obtained in 2019 at the 欧美福利100000 of Zululand (UZ). In the same year, he joined the field of education by studying for the Postgraduate Certificate in Education at the 欧美福利100000 of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN) and qualified for it in 2020. He furthered his studies in 2020 at UKZN by studying for the Bachelor of Education Honours in Education Leadership and Management and graduated in 2021. In the same year, he continued furthering his studies at UKZN by enrolling for the Master of Education degree within the same discipline and graduated in 2022.
Research interests: Distributed leadership and instructional leadership.
