Dr. Kagiso Mabe is currently a Lecturer and the Deputy Head of Department for Undergraduate Programmes in the Department of Information and Knowledge Management. Dr. Mabe is passionate about developing young minds and creating critical thinkers. His areas of interest include the 4IR, Records and Knowledge Management, Data Governance, Business and Competitive Intelligence, Social Media Management, Digitisation, and Libraries. Dr. Mabe is also the Chairperson of the South African National Committee on Data (CODATA) of the International Science Council (ISC).
