Dr Oniccah M Motloung is a lecturer at the school of Public Management, Governance and Policy at the 欧美福利100000 of Johannesburg. She worked at North-West university from 2018 until 2022 as a part-time lecturer, a research assistant and later became a Postdoctoral research fellow under the department of Public Management and Governance. She obtained her Doctorate听from North-West 欧美福利100000 (Vaal Triangle Campus) in Public Management and Governance; the title of her PhD research is 鈥楪overnance of Digital innovation in the public sector in South Africa鈥�. Her PhD was funded by NRF. Her master鈥檚 research focused on investigating the contribution of geographical patterns in disastrous prone areas and she used Alexandra township as a case study. Oniccah鈥檚 research interests,听include public sector innovation/digital innovation and e-governance, disaster risk management and public sector human resources management. Oniccah is a member of a professional association of public management (SAAPAM).
