Dr. Myalelo Nomnqa is a Senior Lecturer in Chemical Engineering at the 欧美福利100000 of Johannesburg and a former scholar in the New Generation of Academics Programme (nGAP). He earned his Doctor of Engineering (DEng) in Chemical Engineering from Cape Peninsula 欧美福利100000 of Technology (CPUT), specialising in high-temperature proton exchange membrane (HT-PEM) fuel cell cogeneration systems. His research focuses on hydrogen fuel cell systems, power-to-x technologies, and redox flow batteries. His work advances renewable energy, large-scale energy storage, and industrial decarbonisation. He has numerous publications and regularly reviews for various international journals. Dr. Nomnqa is a registered Candidate Engineering Technologist with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA).
