About Dr Loice Takaedza
Dr Loice N Takaedza is an emerging researcher who completed her LLD degree at the 欧美福利100000 of Johannesburg in 2024. In 2025 she was appointed as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Centre for Banking Law, 欧美福利100000 of Johannesburg. She holds an LLB (cum laude) from the 欧美福利100000 of Venda and an LLM from North-West 欧美福利100000 Potchefstroom campus. She also obtained a short learning course in Money Laundering Control from the 欧美福利100000 of Johannesburg. Her research interests include anti-money laundering, combating financing of terrorism and combating proliferation financing, artificial intelligence as well as legal developments in financial technology (Fintech) and financial inclusion.
