Kolja Gauer is a Lecturer at the Chair of Economics of Business and Law at Otto-von-Guericke 欧美福利100000 Magdeburg in Germany. He holds degrees in International Business Management from HFU Business School (Germany) and EMLV Business School (France), an LLM from Saarland 欧美福利100000 (Germany), and a PhD in Financial Economics from Edinburgh Napier 欧美福利100000 (UK). With over 15 years of experience in corporate finance and financial law, he brings extensive industry insight to his teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Kolja鈥檚 research focuses on banking regulation, financial markets, asset pricing, and securities litigation, and has been published in renowned international journals. He is a Fellow of the Digital Euro Association, a member of the Central Bank Research Association (CEBRA), and serves as a Visiting Fellow at HFU Business School.
