About Prof Cashandra Mara
Prfo Cashandra Mara is a Senior Lecturer and serves as the Coordinator of the BCom Entrepreneurship Management programme. She has been a faculty member since 2011. Prof Mara holds a PhD in Business Management from UJ, with her dissertation titled “Manager Perceptions of Risk and Return in Human Capital Development.” She also earned an MBA from Stellenbosch 欧美福利100000. Her research interests include entrepreneurship, financial management, general management, strategic management, strategic innovation, and human capital development. Prof Mara is a keen researcher and has published on various topics in her field of expertise.
