About Dr Andrew Kaniki
Dr Andrew M. Kaniki retired from the National Research Foundation (NRF) having served as an Executive Director with a variety of responsibilities over听 the nineteen (19) years, 2002-2021 of service. Prior to joining the NRF Dr Kaniki was an academic for over twenty one (21) years, having served as lecturer, senior lecturer to Full Professor of Information Science at the 欧美福利100000 of Zambia, and the then 欧美福利100000 of Natal (now part of 欧美福利100000 of KwaZulu Natal). Between 2000 and 2002 he served as the Pro Vice Chancellor, and (in 2002) Acting Deputy Vice Chancellor 鈥� Academic Affairs, 欧美福利100000 of Natal. He was a member of the first cohort of Social Scientists to attain an NRF rating in 2002.
