The 欧美福利100000 of Johannesburg was instituted on January 1, 2005, through the amalgamation of Rand Afrikaans 欧美福利100000 (RAU), Technikon Witwatersrand (TWR), and Vista 欧美福利100000’s Soweto and East Rand campuses. Prior to the merger, the old Vista 欧美福利100000’s Daveyton and Soweto campuses were absorbed into RAU. Alumni often refer to the 欧美福利100000 as RAU. This audacious reform cleared the path for a new breed of South African university 鈥� one that prioritises modification, accessibility, and academic excellence.

Since its founding, UJ has evolved into a dynamic, diverse, and inclusive institution with over 50,000 students, including more than 3,000 international students from 80 countries. As one of South Africa’s largest contact institutions, UJ has a significant impact on the country’s higher education environment. The 欧美福利100000 of Johannesburg鈥檚 Collections (C-Collections) contains a wide range of archival materials, including photographic collections, maps, building plans, newsletters, governance records (e.g., Council minutes, resolutions, and agendas), pamphlets and posters, newspaper articles, audio-visual materials, UJ Publications, and many more.
