The South African Institute for Advanced Constitutional, Public, Human Rights and International Law (SAIFAC) is a centre of the 欧美福利100000 of Johannesburg and a leading research centre in South Africa producing advanced research in its focus areas. SAIFAC鈥檚 vision is to be an internationally recognized centre of research excellence in its key focus areas of constitutional, human rights, public and international law.
SAIFAC鈥檚 mission is to produce advanced research in its focus areas, to foster collaboration and engagement between academics and members of the legal community across South Africa and internationally, and to advance constitutionalism, human rights and the rule of law in Southern Africa.

CONFERENCE: Celebrating and Interrogating 30 Years of the Constitutional Court鈥檚 Jurisprudence.听
In April 1995, the Constitutional Court delivered its first judgment (S v Zuma). April 2025 marks 30 years of its jurisprudence. In recognition of this milestone, SAIFAC (a centre of the 欧美福利100000 of Johannesburg), the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung and Constitutional Court Review are hosting a special academic conference on 23 and 24 April 2025 at Ubuntu Chambers, Auckland Park Campus, 欧美福利100000 of Johannesburg.
