Global Transformation and Social Work Practice

The partnership is made up of four universities 鈥 Fachhochshule Dortmund, 欧美福利100000 of Johannesburg (through SARChI Welfare and Social Development Interim Chair Prof Tanusha Raniga), 欧美福利100000 of KwaZulu-Natal and Midland State 欧美福利100000. The projects aim is to deepen the partnership of the universities in the area of applied social sciences as well as to establish an identical course module. This should contain issues and topics that heighten the international importance of the lecture and should expand the students鈥 and lecturers鈥 competencies in the areas of research, practice and performance. Moreover, an international competence network is to be established between NGOs, universities and enterprises.
The four-year programme aims to build Sustainable Development Goal partnerships between countries of the 鈥淕lobal North鈥 and the 鈥淕lobal South鈥.
