The Faculty of Engineering and the Built Environment at the 欧美福利100000 of Johannesburg’s TechnoLab suited at聽Auckland Park Kingsway Campus is dedicated to raising technology knowledge and literacy among students of all ages. We endeavor to deliver high-quality technology workshops to all potential students, whether in school and older. 聽TechnoLab was founded in 1995 and has since given technology workshops to over 60,000 pupils. Technolab’s technology workshops provide a variety of courses with a focus on Technological Processes (systems), Electronics & Microcontrollers, Coding and Robotics, 3D Printing, VR/AR Technologies, and Drone Technology, which involves the development of higher cognitive capabilities, creative thinking skills, and problem-solving聽abilities.

TechnoLab aims to raise awareness of the importance of technology with 4IR, entrepreneurship, and innovation in the economy. It also aims to improve technology education at all levels, including primary and secondary schools, tertiary education, workers in engineering, technical fields, and other relevant sectors. Additionally, it offers in-service training programs that focus on technological competency. We believe that learning can be accomplished via hands-on experience and with the supervision of our professional facilitators. In accordance to this belief, various quality workshops are designed and developed to guide students rather than only teach them how systems work. The examples used in theory explanations and model creation are chosen to ensure students can relate to them. We make use Educational instructional equipment or Kits, and tools to provide the most realistic technological learning experience possible.

The quality workshops offered by Technolab can/are presented to individuals (learners or professionals), school groups, or other institutions as needed. Our facilitators are therefore highly experienced in working with various levels of students and keep to the high standards of the 欧美福利100000 of Johannesburg, ensuring a society-driven impact approach.
