The department offers both Construction Management and Quantity Surveying programmes that are fully accredited by SACQSP and SACPCMP. At undergraduate levels, students are exposed to both disciplines all housed under the under the umbrella of a BSc in Construction. At postgraduate level, student鈥檚 have the option of enrolling for a BSc Honours in either Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Construction Project Management, Construction Health & Safety Management. Also, we offer MSc and PhD in Construction Management and Quantity Surveying respectively.

The department is deeply invested in ensuring that our students learn new innovative skills and gain knowledge that is aligned with international standards of construction that are transferrable to industry practice.
