ITLS (Africa) in collaboration with the Department of Transport and Supply Chain Management held its first TSCM Research Starlight Event on 23 October 2025. Mini-master classes were held on supervision and research techniques. Speakers included Prof Samuel Fosso-Wamba (Director: TBS Education in France). The title of his presentation was 鈥淧ublishing in High Impact Journals鈥�; Prof Nicholas Ngepah (Professor & Coordinator: PhD and MCom Full Research Degree, College of Business and Economics, 欧美福利100000 of Johannesburg). The title of his presentation was 鈥淗ow to supervise Master and Doctorate students鈥� and Prof Joash Mageto (Head: Department of Transport and Supply Chain Management, 欧美福利100000 of Johannesburg). The title of his presentation was: 鈥�Latent Dirichlet Allocation鈥�. Pre-recorded presentations by authors were presented during the event to showcase research and publications. The event was concluded with an awards ceremony to acknowledge academic staff for their research contributions during 2024/2025.
