His practical experience in a transport corridor management institution has provided him with insights into national and regional transport and trade dynamics. His research interests centre on sustainable supply chain management, with his postdoctoral fellowship focusing on short food supply chains, particularly on sustainability, resilience, and inclusivity in urban areas.

Dr Gideon Kiguru Thuku
