Nomathamsanqa, affectionately referred to as Thami is a powerhouse of a woman who grew up in a single mother-led household and was thus forced early on to become a co-head of the house and was mature beyond her years. She has a high-performing, though down-to-earth, daughter who reflects Thami’s values of retaining and restoring human dignity to every person with whom she interacts.听听
As a professional, Thami has developed herself as a leadership practitioner who uses her coaching, technology, project management and problem-solving skills to lead teams dealing with complexity and change management. As she writes about herself, “In my theatre of life, I have played and still play many roles as a woman and mother in Africa, the world, corporate South Africa, the community, home and in the hearts of those I have become close to.” She brings to each role she plays a distinctive love for life, ambition to achieve and a duty to uplift.听听听
What stitches together her body of work is her faith in the ability of all the people she leads or works with. This faith in colleagues’ untapped talent is coupled with her unmatched ability to help others unlock their potential. IKM International Partnership with Mr Scott Leeb from Fragomen
Scott听Leeb听is currently the Chief Knowledge Officer at Fragomen, a leading international immigration law firm.听Scott听leads the firm鈥檚 Knowledge group, which is fully dedicated to the creation, curation and management of the firm鈥檚 knowledge.听Scott is responsible for making Fragomen鈥檚 worldwide immigration knowledge readily available to keep Fragomen teams informed so they can provide optimal services to clients and keep clients apprised of the latest developments in immigration and potential impacts on their programmes. He is also responsible for leveraging the firm鈥檚 knowledge to drive new business.
Over the past 25 years,听Scott has created, managed and grown the global business intelligence/knowledge management programmes at four Fortune 500 companies (Prudential Retirement, The McGraw-Hill Companies, KPMG and Ingram Micro) and a leading international philanthropy (The Rockefeller Foundation). In addition, he has advised the Saudi Arabian and US federal governments on how to build and sustain their knowledge capabilities.
Scott has spoken in Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, and North and South America on a wide range of topics, including competitive intelligence, business intelligence, market intelligence, strategy and knowledge management. Scott has also presented a few public lectures for the IKM department. He began his career as a senior intelligence analyst for the US Army, specialising in East Asian political-military affairs. Scott听holds MAs from The Australian National 欧美福利100000 and Columbia 欧美福利100000, a BA from Yale 欧美福利100000 and a language certificate from Beijing 欧美福利100000.
