The Institutional Statute of UJ determines that the membership of the Convocation consists of:

  1. Alumni (diplomates and graduates of formal subsidised qualifications from the 欧美福利100000 of Johannesburg, the former Rand Afrikaans 欧美福利100000 and the former Technikon Witwatersrand);
  2. The Vice-Chancellor and Principal, Deputy Vice-Chancellors, the Registrar and other members of the Management Executive Committee of the 欧美福利100000;
  3. Permanent academic employees of the 欧美福利100000;
  4. Retired permanent academic employees of the 欧美福利100000
